Welcome to the online resource of the Oxford Hep C Support Group. This new venture is intended to supplement the activities of the Group providing additional information about this particular disease. As well as regular news about Hep C treatments and self-help that can improve the conditions of patients, we also aim to provide links to a host of additional online resources around the world.
Another part of the Groups remit is to raise public awareness about Hep C and we hope this website is a useful tool in that regard.

This page is designed to answer some of the more commonly-asked questions about Hepatitis C, e.g. what is it, how does the virus spread, and what type of tests are undertaken to detect the virus?
It also provides some useful guidelines on taking care of your liver and further information on pregnancy and breastfeeding.
